Gardening & Eco-Enzyme Hub for Wellbeing

Wellbeing and Community Connections

The TMSG Gardening & Eco-Enzyme Hub for Wellbeing is a community-based program designed to support mental health through nature, sustainability, and community connection. Participants will engage in hands-on gardening, learn to create eco-enzyme from fruit and vegetables scraps, and build social connections in a safe and culturally inclusive space.

The program also includes monthly sharing circles where participants can share their stories, experiences and receive support from others in a welcoming environment. This helps foster emotional wellbeing and strengthen community connections of people from diverse cultural backgrounds.

This initiative is proudly funded by the Queensland Mental Health Commission, supporting local approaches to improving the mental wellbeing of culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) communities.
