In partnership with Neami National, TMSG is running a Community Mental Health program designed for migrants and refugees aged 18 to 64. If you, or someone you care about is:

• Experiencing feelings of isolation or loneliness
• Seeking motivation and support to achieve personal goals
• In need of someone to talk to and find new ways to manage stress, we’re here for you.

We will work with you individually or in groups to support your emotional wellbeing and quality of life, connect you with the community and help you develop new skills.
